2021: Implementation of 1C: ERP + PM Project Organization Management

One of the goal-setting tasks in the implementation of the project was to automate the unit for project activities. To everything, the client wanted to transfer accounting from disparate systems to a single one, which would allow conducting complex budgeting and planning processes in the enterprise.

During the planned meetings and discussions on the project plan, it was decided to first implement the project management unit, and then implement the subsequent accounting units. To close all customer requirements, you have selected 1C: ERP + PM Project Organization Management 2.

As a result of the project, the transition to a single automated system was carried out. A typical project management subsystem has been implemented, which is successfully operated at the enterprise. The transition to this subsystem made it possible to consolidate all information on current projects and costs in it, which significantly reduced the labor costs of employees and managers. It made it possible to increase the speed of response to operational issues that arise during the project.

Further, the following blocks were successively implemented:

  • warehouse accounting and procurement, which was previously carried out at the enterprise extremely indirectly using various methods of storing information ("1C: Accounting 3.0," Excel, paper media),
  • regulated accounting, previously the client worked in the 1C: Accounting 3.0 system, which was rewritten, which made it difficult to update the configuration.

After conducting a detailed simulation of the regulated accounting, we decided to switch to standard accounting methods in "1C: ERP + PM Project Organization Management 2." In an automated system, a very extensive set of reports that allow you to get correct information about the status of accounting in the enterprise.

It was also possible to resolve the issue of automatic formation and sending of regulated reporting to regulatory authorities by means of built-in functionality. After the implementation of the above blocks, there was a need to implement a budgeting block. Within the framework of the project, the stage of implementing the budgeting unit is underway, budget models and budget instances are partially configured. The client successfully operates the implemented blocks, on time and successfully submits regulated reporting. The project management module is constantly being adapted to the needs and innovations at the enterprise. In the near future, the implementation of the payroll block has begun in the project schedule.
