2023: Agreement to boost digitalisation

On September 15, 2023, the Astra group of companies and the TagraS holding entered into a cooperation agreement to increase the level of digitalization and import substitution of specialized commercial services and platforms of the oilfield service corporation.

The technological partnership provides for the adaptation of the Astra Group software stack to ensure the tasks of digitalization, specialized commercial digital resources and TAGRAS platforms, as well as the transfer of the IT infrastructure of the oilfield service Holding to the solutions of the domestic vendor. The parties plan to exchange experience and knowledge, jointly participate in conferences, meetings, round tables, presentations, exhibitions and other events related to the development and use of Russian software. In order for employees to take advantage of all the advantages of the operating system and other vendor products, Astra Group of Companies will conduct consultations and training of personnel on the job.
