2023: Establishment of a system of accounting and financial activities

Axioma-Soft has implemented a project to create a unified accounting and financial accounting system in the distribution network company Rosseti Lenenergo. As a result of the project, 5,000 jobs were automated. The integrator announced this on September 15, 2023.

Prior to implementation, the Company's branches did not have direct communication between the divisions and the Directorate, nor was there direct integration with the Company's related systems. In addition, the submission of the costs of the divisions was carried out through Excel, and the data was collected into a single document manually. At the same time, Rosseti Lenenergo had high labor costs for the preparation of documentation and the formation of a procurement plan.

Axioma-Soft specialists solved the problem by creating a unified system of accounting and financial activities. To do this, the Integrated Management NPP was introduced on the basis of 1C:ERP. Management of the holding, "which involves the use of a single database by all divisions of the Company. The project was carried out from May 2021 to February 2023.

Based on the results of the work, workplaces for 11 business roles were automated and broadcast reports were implemented to confirm successful operations.

During the implementation of the project, the following results were achieved:

  • automated system of additional (non-tariff) services;
  • automated data exchange with the existing production asset management system in terms of ownership of subjects, technical characteristics, conventional units;
  • automated existing management processes in the field of economics and finance;
  • automated management reporting processes;
  • automated accounting IFRS and reporting processes;
  • optimization of the existing treasury management systems in terms of marking cash flows by entities;
  • optimized methods of accounting, tax accounting and reporting in accordance with the new requirements of the legislation in terms of electronic document management;
  • automated processes of keeping separate accounting indicators by types of activities and subjects of the Russian Federation;
  • Set up data exchange processes with systems that will not be integrated into the Integrated Management system.
  • Significantly reduce the time required to collect and prepare data;
  • the ability to quickly make decisions based on reliable data from accounting systems of an enterprise or group of companies;
  • prevent theft of funds or their inefficient use.

Moreover, among the key results of the project are the refusal to fill file Microsoft out Excel and entering information directly into the "Comprehensive Management" system during the "Booking and Transfer" process. Also, KU is now used by accountants of the Company's branches and specialists of the department logistics and logistics for accounting and inventory management. In addition, the automated system is used by employees responsible for the commissioning of OS facilities, when executing works and services under the capital to construction contracting method, as well as in the process of writing off materials when performing construction work by business method.

Speaking about the economic effect, the implementation of the project helped to reduce operating and administrative costs in the company by 20%, and labor costs in the divisions - by 15%.
