Aykumena-management 3.4.1

New in the version: export of the reporting to the file of the MS Excel format is added. Export of the reporting is intended for preparation to the management of consolidated statements for the calendar period on the current activity on the basis of closing, periodic and extraordinary statements of contractors of tasks. When exporting unloading of reports of all types from the selected section of the subject heading list of tasks for the specified period is performed. At the same time reports are grouped in values of the analytical sign specified in action settings and tasks in which they were placed.

Functionality

Control panel. Main system module. Allows to organize and to individually configure each workplace according to tasks, wishes and needs of its owner. For example, you can see Tasks: relevant today, starting current week, coming to the end within a month, delayed by your subordinates, etc. The module allows to create in the System of order in the form of Tasks and to exercise their control on all implementation phases.

Reporting. The module is intended for formation of Reporting system with the set frequency and allows to control activity of employees within the Tasks issued to them. In a system three report types are selected: final, intermediate and extraordinary. You can configure frequency of obtaining reports, necessary for you, on any Task, and a System will automatically request them from the corresponding Contractors and to inform you on delays.

Labor costs. The module allows to plan loading of your employees and to analyze time expenditure on task performance and projects. Information on planned and actual labor costs can be unloaded from a System in the form of analytical reports in different cuts.

Corporate Knowledge Base (CKB) – The tool for formalization of knowledge and the experience accumulated in the company. The module allows to organize the uniform structured information space and to define rules and regulations of placement of the materials making document flow and providing life activity of the company. At competent use of KBZ unexpected departure of the employee will not become the reason of non-performance of a task or loss of information, important for the company. Existence of a System of corporate knowledge is especially important for the companies having several branches territorially remote from each other. An opportunity conveniently and quickly to impart the accumulated knowledge and experience from one branch in another, considerably increases employee performance of the company in general.

Meetings. The module automates preparation of meetings and provides the effective organization of processes of their carrying out. The secretary or other contractor has an opportunity to create and publish the agenda and minutes of meetings in the set format, and also to issue tasks on behalf of the head according to the results of and to solutions of meetings. Before the publication all protocols affirm participants of the meeting or responsible persons.

Project management. The module is intended for project management. Allows to create projects in the form of the hierarchical list of tasks, with indication of time of carrying out each of task stages. The module gives the chance of change of structure of the project according to changes of a situation.

Search. The module allows to perform full-text search for objects (instructions, documents, messages, etc.) placed in a System taking into account access restrictions.

Organizational and regular structure. The module is intended for creation of structure of the company, display of vertical and horizontal interrelations between structural divisions. The organizational and regular structure can be displayed in the form of the pictorial diagram.

Access control. The module is intended for user account control of a System, setup of access for users to information.

Indicators. The module of collecting and visualization of numeric data in different graphic representations on Control panels of users. Allows to organize manual or automatic loading of the selected indicators from a System "Aykumena-management" and other accounting systems.

Control of Execution of Regulations (CER). Basic function of the module – to provide full control of performing discipline in the company. It allows to configure issue to contractors of notes and thanks on the approved scale of points. Information on violations accumulated in a System can be unloaded in the form of the analytical report. The module can be used for motivation of employees.

Integration of a System "Aykumena: Management" with standard configurations of the 1C: Enterprise family. This module allows to do unloadings of indicators from "1C: Enterprise": fixed assets, material stocks, money, suppliers, buyers, taxes, staff costs, sales, expenses and others.


Based on stress testing a System "Aykumena-management" steadily functions at simultaneous operation of 120 users, each of which every minute executes four requests. As simultaneous appeals to the server of all registered users of a System in practice do not happen at once, one may say, that it will normally stand 300-400 users. We are going to increase constantly system performance, and of course, before release of the next version we carry out the most careful inspection on identification of weak spots.

New versions and releases of a System "Aykumena-management" appear 1-2 times a year. In new versions the new functionality and add-on modules appears. The majority of the entered innovations and changes is developed on the basis of proposals of users with which the company keeps in a feedback. In intervals between versions there are several new releases of a System.
