Lifemart and Sushkof and Pizza abandoned managers with the transition to electronic documents. This was announced on September 18, 2023 by SKB Kontur.
Electronic document management helped to redistribute the resources of employees, save time on processing paper invoices and implement a pilot project of a restaurant without managers and a director.
Sushkof and Pizza is a chain of multi-format restaurants with high-speed delivery, the first was opened in 2008 in Yekaterinburg, and as of September 2023, the company has 40 outlets in 14 cities of Russia. Lifemart - grocery stores with express delivery. The main part of the assortment is made up of ready-made food and products from local manufacturers. Since 2019, 180 stores have been opened in 15 Russian cities.
The networks have one owner and their own accounting system, which combines all internal processes and employees. The project for the implementation of electronic document management (EDO) was launched in 2022, when it was necessary to reduce costs and optimize processes as much as possible to maintain previous prices. With EDO, the company planned to speed up work with primary documentation and increase employee productivity.

The introduction of electronic document management took about three months. Its own IT specialists have developed a solution for the company's information system based on API methods. Another challenge that was overcome on the way to digitalization is the desire of employees and franchisees to continue to work with documents in the old fashioned way.
Despite the difficulties, the networks managed to automate the introduction of invoices into the system and reduce the risk of errors. Sushkof and Pizza uses a Telegram bot. It is associated with the Kontur.EDI service, which helps you exchange purchase requisitions with suppliers, confirm shipment and acceptance of goods. The user follows the prompts of the bot and draws up documents for products accepted from suppliers in a few clicks. In Livemart stores, goods are received by bar codes on supplier boxes using data scanning terminals. This helps to automatically load invoices, easily track balances and shelf life of goods.
The network does not stop there and sets new goals. Sushkof and Pizza wants to switch from a bot to a data scanning terminal. There are plans to transfer more than 80% of suppliers to EDM, which will allow you to issue 99% of invoices without errors.
