Large Russian project and the Giprotyumenneftegaz research institute started process automation of management of finance and agreement settlements based on an end-to-end automated system Business Lux and electronic document management systems of Directum.
The Primavera system was applied to planning and project management at institute, and own portal is developed for the analysis and control over key activities. The new project is charged to NPO Kompyyuter company, Directum developer KAS "Business Lux" and "primogenitor" (this system was developed by the company of the same name which in 2003 was selected from its structure).
The purpose of the new project – the organization of information support and increase in process performance of accounting, the analysis and control of execution of contractual and financial liabilities for core activities.
At the first stage it is supposed to automate work according to plan – production department. Further expansion of use of these systems regarding automation and process optimization of budget management, management of business processes and also inclusion in a common information space of processes of the remote branch located in Yekaterinburg is possible.
In May, 2009 the first stage of an implementation project of an integrated automated control system (KAS) Business Lux and electronic document management systems of Directum at "The Tyumen design institute of the oil and gas industry of V.I. Muravlenko" was completed (Giprotyumenneftegaz). The project was begun at the end of September, 2008. In the beginning the research as a result of which problem sections were defined was executed, main objectives and ways of optimization and business process automation of the client are planned.
The uniform base general is created and subcontracts, their interrelation at the level of stages is reflected; in a foreground mode planning, account of accomplishment and payment for work under agreements in different cuts is kept; the financial plan by general and subcontracts forms; information on a status of processes of approval of agreements is available; the structured electronic archive of contractual documentation is created.
Integration between the implemented systems and software products used at the enterprise is configured that allowed to create the common information space which covered a full stroke of work with agreements.
Further it is going to develop the additional forms of the reporting necessary for acceptance of management decisions. Besides, expansion of use of systems regarding process automation of budget management and also connection of remote branch is supposed.
