2023: Introduction of self-service graphic cash desks

Rosneft, as part of its digital business transformation, continues to introduce solutions in the retail business aimed at increasing the competitiveness of the gas business, increasing the speed of customer service and the level of customer service. SibIntek (Siberian Internet Company) announced this on September 20, 2023.

Graphic self-service cash desks have already been installed at 22 AZK Rosneft. The plans for 2024-2025 are to replicate the product at more than 300 gas stations.

The product developed by Sibintek is a software and hardware complex for automating sales at the ABC in the self-service mode of buyers. The cash desk has an intuitive user interface and is integrated with payment services, the Family Team corporate loyalty program and Rosneft information systems.

The graphical self-service cash desk provides a number of advantages for both the Company and customers, including the possibility of organizing additional points of sale on the ABC area, increasing the capacity of gas stations and reducing customer service time. Self-service cash desks operate on Russian-made digital platforms, which increases the safety of their use.
