Armada will be engaged in upgrade and maintenance of the website and the internal portal of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation

The Armada company announced a victory in an open competition and signing of the contracts with the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation on upgrade, development and support of the application software of the external website and the internal portal of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation for 2010-2011. The website and the portal were developed by the company in 2007. New contracts mean support and development of resources, says Armada.

The website minfin.ru is available in the Russian-language domain, contains about 10 thousand documents, including the budget of Russia, the international agreements and agreements, documents of the Ministry. In 2009 the site was visited by more than 3 million people. On poll of experts, the website of the Ministry of Finance takes the second place on convenience of information search, design and informational content among all websites of federal executive authorities (first place of rating is won by the Russian President's website – kremlin.ru), and on attendance – the fourth, noted in Armada. Key parameters of the website are regulated by the federal law of February 9, 2009 N 8-FZ. Access to an administrative part of the website is provided on protected crypto - to the channel using electronic keys. Tasks of the new contract include, in particular, ensuring support and correct work of the application software, significant increase in multimedia opportunities and expansion of structure of the automated functions of the website of the Ministry of Finance.^[1]

Tasks of the internal portal include the organization of joint work of more than 1.4 thousand staff of central office of the Ministry. The internal portal is integrated from personnel and the adjacent systems of the Ministry and also a number of services, such as monitoring and storages of news information, service of electronic requests and others includes. As reported in Armada, problems of development include further integration of the portal with departmental means of the electronic digital signature (EDS), development of means of automatic converting of documents of different formats, upgrade of the existing services according to the results of operation and also training of specialists of the Ministry of Finance.
