The small Russian outsourcing company Auriga took the 15th place and on the head bypassed "whales" of the market on behalf of Google, Microsoft, Infosys, SAP, Fujitsu, Oracle and others in the global rating of service providers of Global Top 50 Vendors. The secret of success is simple: the small companies are capable to create more flexible conditions for clients, experts consider.

The Russian company Auriga rendering services in the field of software development took the 15th place in the prestigious rating of the leading service providers of The Black Book of Outsourcing of "Global Top 50 Vendors" published by Datamonitor Group company.

The research Datamonitor is conducted annually in all world markets: this year analysts of the company collected a customer feedback about more than 30 thousand projects in the different industries. The main indicator of work of the outsourcing companies is customer satisfaction which is estimated by nine criteria.

In 2010 for the first time in the history of a research the Russian company on behalf of Auriga rose by so high position, having outstripped world giants of the IT industry: Xerox, Google, Microsoft, Nokia Networks (before NSN), Dell, Capgemini, Infosys Technologies, HCL Technologies, Logica, BT Group (before British Telecom), SAP, Fujitsu, Orange Business Services, Oracle, Cognizant and other. Moreover, Auriga is the only Russian company which was included in the list of 50 leading companies this year.

The first five of rating of Global Top 50 Vendors looks as follows:

1.American Discovery

2. SDD Global

3. The Smartcube

4. UnitedLex

5. Acxiom

It is interesting that business of Auriga on the international standards is really small: in staff of only 300 people. Nevertheless, the company is known in the market, in 2010 it already got to others authoritative the ratings of Global Outsourcing 100 and Global Services 100. In 2009 it entered in TOP-10 outsourcers according to the research Zinnov Management Consulting.

Auriga says that 5 years ago practically the company rendered all volume of the services to foreign clients from the USA and Europe, having only two clients in Russia occupying a scanty share in turnover of the company. This year the number of the Russian clients grew up several times, and the share of income from them will for the first time exceed 30%. In Russia large banks and representative offices of the international companies and also startups are among customers of the company.

The unexpected triumph in the rating of Global Top 50 Vendors in the company is called the best high-quality proof of services and professionalism of the Russian engineers. "We very much are proud of the fact that Auriga – one of providers of services with the highest level of customer satisfaction in the world", - the general manager of Auriga Andrey Pronin said.

According to Eamonn Kennedy (Eamonn Kennedy), the director of research division in Black Book of Outsourcing, "results of a research clearly demonstrate that in the field of outsourcing of development of the custom software, Auriga provides the full complete solutions exceeding expectations of customers".

Success of the small, but flexible, outsourcing companies in Auriga is considered a trend. While many market researchers, for example, of Gartner, say that the future – behind the "depersonalized" and industrialized services, a field of activity of rather small companies like Auriga will become those works which cannot be delivered on the pipeline. Such where 10 talented engineers can make more, than 1000 depersonalized cheloveko-resources.
