Russian insurance company (1C: Payroll and HR Management 8)

In "The Russian of insurance company" specialists of Homnet of Business Solution company (1C: Homnet Group) complete implementation of the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" software product. According to the results of express inspection specialists of the company integrator offered the customer the project of transfer of personnel and design data from the 1C: Payroll and Personnel 7.7 system which is earlier used in the organization on the 1C: Enterprise 8.1 platform.

Within the project the necessary software was set, data transfer tools are developed and also data transfer in a new automated system is performed. Tuning of the system interface taking into account differentiation of access rights of users is performed. Unloading of data on salary accrual on plastic cards for exchange with a banking system is implemented.

Now in a system about 700 documents a month are processed, 97 types of different calculations by which payroll about 400 salaried employees and several hundred contractors is conducted are developed. Five jobs are automated.

Further it is going to simplify the system of data entry and to activate additional functionality on management accounting.
