Before the introduction of this system, Subway was registered mainly using Google Docs and Excel. This introduced a certain amount of confusion and inconvenience. To work with employees, " sol ution installed on the manager's computer was used. And part of the accounting operations was carried out in "1C: Accounting," which was located on the specialist's server. The data on monitoring the work of personnel and from the time and attendance system had to be separately entered and received.

The lack of a single software led to the fact that there were difficulties in storing and systematizing a large amount of data from the history of the enterprise, there was a disparate regulatory reference base. Creating primary documents, processing and matching diverse information took much longer than needed. Data was sometimes completely lost. The 100% reliability of the analytical reports was out of the question.

It was necessary to somehow systematize the management accounting. Ideally, combine everything in one place/window the entire contour of management tools: from entering and receiving information to setting tasks. Moreover, Subway wanted to create an accounting system precisely with the help of the Russian program, and they turned to GANDALF for this. The contractor's specialists met with customers, assessed the scope of tasks, drew up a terms of reference and began to act. A comprehensive plan was developed for the implementation of management mechanisms on the basis of "1S:UNF 8. Management of a catering enterprise. "

During implementation:

  • Improved exchanges and interaction with external accounting systems. For example, they set up an exchange with the front office on the basis of a third-party computer-cash system, created mechanisms for exchanging information with Timex and Steady Control, finalized the exchange of data with accounting, as well as a mechanism for downloading information from the client's bank for automatic data posting and setting correct cost items, etc.
  • We have developed a block of management documentation for accounting and formation of the motivational part of employees' wages. For example, it became possible to distribute bonuses for employees depending on the type and types of sales - direct in the institution or delivery aggregators.
  • Developed processes to simplify the work of management personnel. Collective processing has appeared for creating orders depending on the quantity of goods in stock, creating payment orders and contract conditions, as well as a number of reports on the sources of employee involvement.
  • Set up mechanisms to control settlements with counterparties and the Management Company. This made it easier to work with food delivery aggregators Yandex Food and Delivery Club, royalty payments and VAT with royalties, and also made it possible to form reports for the Management Company.
  • Based on the standard functionality of the 1C system, an employee interaction unit was created. It included a voting and polling system, the ability to set tasks and postpone them.

We also configured user roles and access rights by implementing a rights map, distinguishing objects for users depending on their role.

We are happy with the result. Now we have a single system for the formation of management reporting and operating activities on the basis of "1C: Catering Enterprise Management." And you can not worry about storing the history of the enterprise on the server. The information is unified for all items: nomenclature, counterparties, recipe, etc. The creation of primary documentation has accelerated significantly. My business partners and I have gained effective tools to analyze the company's activities and work with personnel, better control the calculation of bonuses and wages. But we do not plan to stop there: a unified accounting system based on 1C has been introduced in 6 out of 11 of our enterprises, in the future we will expand it to other restaurants using GANDALF,
