2023: Establishment of ACS of financial and economic activities

Axioma-Soft has implemented a project to create an automated S7 Airlines financial and economic management system for 400 workplaces. Axioma-Soft announced this on September 27, 2023.

Before the introduction, employees of Siberia Airlines JSC worked with the accounting system a foreign vendor who did not support the current requirements of the legislation RF in terms of accounting and tax accounting. Because of this, additional expenses for regular updating of the functionality to comply with RAS, NL standards and IFRS.

Axioma-Soft specialists solved the problem by creating an automated system management of financial and economic activities on the basis of "1C: Holding Management."

During the implementation of ASU FCD, a universal mechanism was implemented integration with all local S7 systems using the Kafka message broker. Also specialists optimized performance for the specifics of the company and improved internal reporting systems.

During the implementation of the project, the following results were achieved:

  1. The FHD ACS was created and put into commercial operation under the following subsystems: "Accounting and tax accounting," "Accounting according to IFRS," "Treasury," "Management accounting";
  2. Migration tools have been developed and the primary data (residues and NSI) necessary for the start of industrial operation of the FCD ACS have been entered;
  3. Transparency and control of business management processes are ensured;
  4. Reduced time for preparation of regulated and management reporting;
  5. Consolidation of the holding's reporting is ensured, forms of management reporting are implemented, including balance sheets in management reporting;
  6. Replacement of outdated software is provided without loss of accounting system functionality.
