2024: Allocation of 584 million rubles for completion

On February 14, 2024, the Committee on Competitive Policy of the Moscow Region announced a tender for the completion of work on the construction and supply of equipment necessary to ensure the operation of the children's hospital in Krasnogorsk. The initial amount of the contract is 584.61 million rubles.

The tender documentation says that the project is fully financed from the budget of the Moscow region. In the total amount of funds allocated directly for the construction of the facility, 131.31 million rubles will go. Another 453.3 million rubles are provided for technological equipment: these are passenger elevators, security surveillance systems, illumination of facades, etc. The Contractor needs to create a system for supplying medical gases and an electric clock system.

According to the terms of the contract, all materials, products, structures and equipment used in the performance of work must have documents confirming the compliance of their quality with the established requirements. During the implementation of the contract, photographic recording should be carried out that reflects the progress of the work. In addition, it is necessary to install software and hardware complexes that provide video surveillance of construction sites and data transfer to municipal information processing and storage centers.

Commissioning of equipment to ensure operation of the facility includes commissioning works, including works on adjustment, adjustment, testing, instrumental control of conformity of output parameters. In this case, the Contractor shall bear the risks of accidental loss or accidental damage to materials, products, structures and equipment until the result of the work is handed over to the Customer. The winner of the competition begins to fulfill his obligations under the contract from the moment of its signing.[1]

2023: Allocation of 6 billion rubles from the authorities for equipment

At the end of September 2023, the authorities of the Moscow region announced a number of tenders for the purchase of medical equipment for the budget healthcare institution "Moscow Regional Children's Hospital." The total cost of purchased products and systems is almost 6 billion rubles.

The named clinic is located in Krasnogorsk. The object with an area of ​ ​ 114.6 thousand square meters is designed for 420 beds. More than 15 thousand patients will be able to receive medical care in the institution annually. The institution will house infectious, ophthalmological, neurological, otorhinolaryngological departments, neurosurgical, trauma and orthopedic and three surgical departments, the department of cardiology and arrhythmology, two pediatric units, a rehabilitation department, two intensive care and intensive care units, etc.

New tenders are held in the format of an electronic auction. The largest lots are supplies of medical climatized modules for 822.7 million, 547.5 million and 344.2 million rubles, rigid endoscopy for 749.9 million rubles, monitors for 515.2 million rubles, as well as computer tomographs for 303.4 million rubles, anesthesia devices for 178.14 million rubles and infusion equipment for 116.6 million rubles. Plus, artificial lung ventilation devices for 224.37 million rubles and a robot-assisted surgical system for 293.99 million rubles will be purchased.

The total cost of the purchased equipment is approximately 5.9 billion rubles. In addition, contracts for equipping the specified medical institution were concluded with the Aurum company: it will supply, in particular, computed tomography systems, including 4D tomography and mobile intraoperative computed tomographs. All this equipment will cost an additional 1.45 billion rubles. The hospital will begin admitting patients in 2024.[2]
