Volgatransstroy is the Set (1C: Accounting)

1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) – Samara completed system implementation "1C: Accounting 8" for automation of accounting and management accounting in Volgatransstroy — the Set company ("BTC-K"). "Volgatransstroy is the Set" is engaged in woodworking, delivery of cross ties for Russian Railway, production and implementation of crushed stone.

At the end of 2006 the company management made the decision on transition from the seventh version of a system to the eighth version of the product "1C: Accounting". Within the project for obtaining analytical reports on separate divisions with an output of total sums on each document type reference books and analytics on accounts were systematized. Thanks to separate closing of month on each of separate divisions correctness its formation became possible.

The system of analytical reports and indicators with detailing and interpretation of costs was expanded. Besides, the procedure of tracking of debts and payments of staff of the company at acquisition of crushed stone under own needs is automated by installments. As a result of automation there was an opportunity to control performance indicators of activity of the company, to analyze a financial status of the enterprise, to trace debit and creditor debts, to estimate profitability of firm and its financial stability.

The project was implemented in three months. 15 jobs, including accounting service of the company, economic department, sales office of crushed stone and information department are automated.
