2023: Attracting 25 million investments

About 25 million rubles of investments were attracted by the auto parts marketplace created by university graduates.

In the startup "Ta-dam!" - an online assistant for car services - invested at once 10 private investors. They were attracted by the prospect of rapid growth of the service and the possibility of cashback of part of their investments in the framework of the federal project "Platform of University Technological Entrepreneurship." The startup team has already received a positive opinion from Skolkovo based on the results of the examination of the application for the program for reimbursement of investments in university startups. This was announced by the University Technological Entrepreneurship Platform on September 29, 2023.

Of the necessary 30 million rubles, the team was able to attract about 25 million thanks to a program to reimburse part of the costs to individuals who made investments in university startups, implemented by Skolkovo together with the Russian Ministry of Education and Science. Investors will be returned to half of the invested amounts, the maximum possible return is 20 million rubles.

It is important for us to see the scaling of the university start-up support program. If at the first stage we paid cashback for the project to one investor, now 10 investors are participating in one startup at once, we assess this as a very positive trend, notes Sergey Krzhanovsky, Vice President for Grants, Expertise and Tender Activities, Managing Director of the Skolkovo Foundation.

At the first stage, the project was funded by the participants themselves and their friends. In 2023, the startup has already entered the monetization of the service. "Ta-dam!" helps to quickly select the parts necessary for repair, check the prices and availability of suppliers, place an order. Search for the part article (OEM part number) by text or voice request of the user. The project helps small car services, of which there are about 60 thousand in the country, to quickly select the parts the client needs without the participation of a qualified manager and thus increase the client base and increase their revenue. In 2028, the Ta-dam! team plans to reach 4.8 billion rubles of turnover.
