2025: Inclusion in the TORP register

SATEL received the status of "Telecommunications Equipment of Russian Origin" (TORP) for telephones of its own production. Registration in the register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade confirms that the equipment meets the established norms and standards for domestic solutions in the field of corporate communications. The company announced this on April 7, 2025.

Serial production of RTU phones and its key components is carried out in the city of St. Petersburg. Thus, the company's hardware solutions not only fully comply with the requirements of Russian legislation, but are also adapted to the specifics of work in the domestic market.

Electronic boards for phones are manufactured in accordance with the design documentation developed by SATEL specialists, and all technological processes are carried out in production workshops: installation of components on printed circuit boards, programming and tuning, final assembly and testing of RTU phones.

During the implementation of current projects, SATEL has already delivered several serial batches of telephones of its own production, including:

• The basic model of RTU T13P-RU, which has a traditional set of call functions: call transfer, hold, automatic number identifier, forwarding, multi-party conference, do not disturb mode and others. The device also features an improved audio processor, a 2.4 "color screen, and four SIP lines.
• The RTU T25P-RU handset in an ergonomic stylish design is suitable for employees who need a solution with advanced functionality. The phone has a large 4.3 "color display to support receiving video calls, built-in Bluetooth and Wi-Fi modules for connecting a wireless headset, as well as the ability to program up to 45 function keys and use up to 20 SIP lines.
• A full-fledged video phone with a RTU T27BP-RU camera is equipped with a large 7 "touchscreen and advanced functionality, including audio and video conferencing, PoE technology support, the ability to program up to 112 keys and use up to 20 SIP lines.

The entire line of phones registered in THORP is part of the SATEL ecosystem of solutions. Integration with the RTU UC platform makes it easy to integrate into the corporate IT infrastructure, provide telephone communication, support unified communications, and modernize existing communication networks. The combination of its own software developments and hardware solutions from SATEL creates an impetus for the development of digital communications in companies, which increases the efficiency of business processes and reaches a new level of digital interaction.

2023: Introduction of the RTU line of handsets
