2024: Software Development for After-Sales Service of Electric Vehicles

IBS participates in the development of after-sales software. electric vehicles Atom IBS announced this on March 19, 2024.

The software solution will be designed for the corporate segment of consumers who service cars.

The technical solution will be implemented jointly by the teams of the Atom brand and IBS. It is designed to automate business processes related to the after-sales service of Atom electric vehicles. The software will contain information on warranty and technical repairs, order of spare parts and service history. The solution can be integrated into service center systems. In addition, it is assumed that a personnel training unit will be implemented within the software.

When creating the portal of after-sales service of electric vehicles Atom, we rely on many years of experience in commercial development and focus on the functionality and convenience of the product for end consumers. IBS is actively developing the automotive direction. Thanks to many joint projects, we have a good understanding of the needs of customers. Aftermarket software will be part of the ecosystem that is being created for Atom electric vehicles. The IBS team also takes part in the creation of software for the taxi product line, namely applications for B2B customers: taxi companies, aggregators, drivers, etc.

2023: Plan to build a taxi app

The group of companies IBS is actively involved in the development of a product line of taxis for. electric vehicles ATOM The software solution is designed for the corporate segment of consumers who will carry passengers. IBS announced this on October 5, 2023.

The implementation of technical solutions will be carried out during the joint work of the ATOM and IBS brand teams. The product line of taxis for the brand of the technological electric car ATOM began in August 2022. By the end of 2023, it is planned to complete work on the prototype product line, it will help test the main business hypotheses of the product. The main user of the application will be B2B clients of the service: taxi companies, aggregators, drivers, etc.

The main device for which the application is being developed is a tablet on the steering wheel of an ATOM electric car, while it will be compatible with wearable gadgets of various form factors and will enable the subsequent development and integration of the product line.

Earlier it was reported that the ATOM electric car will be created at the intersection of engineering and information technology. Modern functionality will allow ATOM to be presented in 4 modifications: a 5-seater version of "Femeli," which will serve as the basis for taxi solutions, as well as delivery versions and a two-seater version of the coupe called "Duo."

The app will include basic features needed to run a taxi, such as "take an order," "complete an order," "route," "contact a customer," "calculate a fare" and others.

Taxi software will be part of the ATOM OS ecosystem that is being created for ATOM electric vehicles. Work on a commercial version of the application will start in early 2024.
