The Smart City Program (IQCITY), designed to measure the level of digitalization of urban economy, developed by Sitronics KT (part of the Sitronics Group), is registered in the Unified Register of Russian Programs for Electronic Computers and Databases (Software Register) - No. 19361. Sitronics announced this on October 6, 2023.

The program automates the measurement of the level of digitalization of urban economy based on the assessment of the basic indicators of the Smart City standard, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Construction of Russia.

The IQ indicator of a city or region is a digital value in points, depending on the assessment of 112 indicators characterizing the level of digitalization in 17 areas - aspects of life and socio-economic development of the territory. Among them are such indicators as, for example, the share of outdoor lighting lines equipped with an automated control system, the share of citizens involved in solving issues of the urban environment, the availability of payment and service systems in electronic form, automation of accounting for utility consumption, the purchase of equipment for creating "smart" sports grounds within the framework of the federal project "Business Sprint (I choose sports), "the presence of a regional project for the development of electric charging infrastructure facilities for electric transport and much more.

We have created a tool to support and help the heads of entities and responsible executive authorities in the implementation of state tasks.
