2023: Move to eXpress corporate messenger

On October 9, 2023, Bashkir Electric Grid Company announced the use of a secure corporate messenger eXpress to implement dispatching functions. BESK JSC, like all electric power facilities, belongs to the critical infrastructure, therefore, first of all, it was important for the enterprise to solve the issues of replacing imported software. eXpress was chosen as a replacement for foreign tools for corporate interaction of employees.

More than 750 employees of the company use eXpress in the corporate messenger format. eXpress provides all the necessary and familiar functionality for communication, work and file sharing: personal and group chats, channels, audio and video calls, tags, discussions, reactions, corporate address book. The Enterprise-class platform with the ability to deploy on customer servers provides a special mode of increased confidentiality, which confirms the certificate of compliance of the sixth and fourth levels of trust of the FSTEC of Russia. This transition has become one of the tools for ensuring the information security of the internal systems of a large regional power grid company.

Secure corporate communication is achieved by a set of mechanisms inside eXpress: user authentication through 3 independent channels, encrypted data storage (crypto container), remote deletion of data from client devices (for example, if the phone was lost or when an employee was fired).
