2023: Automation and control of warehouse operations

LLC "MTK-DV " applied EastLine to the solution of the need for automation of several warehouse operations and control over them, taking into account the specifics of the organization, namely: rental of equipment for mining operations. The client had a problem in the control of balances in warehouses, something had the property of "stale," someone could not be enough. EastLine announced this on October 9, 2023.

A project road map has been developed to address these needs:

• Balance control
• Control of shelf life
• Planning of fuel and lubricants, spare parts, other consumables
• Preparation and budgeting
• Configuring User Rights and Roles
• And a number of management reports that help control the process.

After coordinating the task, the developers implemented all the necessary improvements to solve the tasks, 1C: Accounting CORP remained supported, all changes were external, and were developed taking into account the fact that the program is updated regularly, and it is necessary to minimize the failures of modifications when changing the configuration.

Eastline specialists have been accompanying our 1C programs for over 5 years. Based on our request on warehouse accounting automation, they drew up and prepared TA for the implementation of improvements in terms of procurement planning on the basis of 1C Accounting Department of KORP, and also performed a large-scale refinement that helps to keep warehouse records, carry out timely procurement of consumables, use spare parts and other consumables with a higher date of arrival at the warehouse, plan expenses and carry out budgeting in an automated way, - said Sergey Vladimirovich Egorov.
