Stardogs shared the results of the introduction of the Russian SteadyControl human resources control and management system. This was announced on October 9, 2023 by SteadyControl.

The increase in the efficiency of cashiers made it possible to multiply the level of service, increase the cost of a hot dish by 5% and compensate for seasonal drops in revenue. The Stardogs street food chain at the outlet employs one employee per shift, who is responsible for all processes - from the kitchen to the service and cash register. To manage hundreds of cashiers on the ground, the company took traditional approaches: personal point checks, feedback work and undercover shoppers. According to top management, the tools were devoid of objectivity and lost effectiveness as soon as employees understood that they were an auditor. To ensure the growth of the business and the success of franchisees, in late March 2023, the network began testing the introduction of artificial intelligence into the management of retail outlets.

As noted in Stardogs, it was the transformation of the processes of serving guests that made it possible to overcome the stagnation of revenues and find the basis for new management decisions. To improve the quality of cashiers, the company has implemented the Russian SteadyControl human resources control and management system at all corporate points. The development collects data on the work of employees daily through cameras, microphones and internal software, and the SteadyControl algorithm automatically analyzes the work and compliance with standards. Among the technologies of the system are artificial intelligence, neural networks, speech analytics and an independent expert center trained by customer standards. In less than three months of operation, Stardogs were able to bring labor and cash discipline to the ideal, improve the quality of service at kiosks and help cashiers master active sales.

80% of the revenue in catering is brought by employees, so the increase in compliance with the standards by cashiers directly affected the revenue. With SteadyControl, we have increased compliance with active sales by 25%. Realizing that the quality of work was being studied, cashiers began to offer the maximum size of a hot dog, topings and drinks, as well as work out a stop list. This has already made it possible to increase the loyalty of guests and grow by 5% in the cost of a hot dish, "said Kirill Pinogorsky, Deputy Operating Director of Stardogs.

After system integration ON with the cash Stardogs studied the purchasing behavior of guests. As financial the analyst of the service showed, which is based on hundreds of thousands of impersonal dialogues and reactions of guests to employee offers, 40% of buyers agree to additional filling in a hot dog, and 32% - to add a drink to the order. The opening for top management was 99% consent of guests to offer the maximum portion.

The increase in the efficiency of cashiers allowed the network to maintain sales even in the context of a seasonal drop in demand - for example, in July, the point compensated for the drop in sales due to revenue from additional sales of drinks during service.

The company has employees who have been working for more than 20 years. We value the staff and strive to maintain a healthy relationship in the team, but at the same time we are clearly aware of the responsibility that lies with each cashier. The solution from SteadyControl not only finds violations, but also highlights the strengths of the employee, and protects cashiers from bias. By tying motivation to performance in SteadyControl, we achieved fair and reasonable pay. As with any innovation, we had to involve employees and convey to them the value of the system. But it is very important for me that after a few months even categorically tuned cashiers got involved in the work and mastered this technology, - said Irina Pronina, head of the Stardogs training center.
