Korus Consulting transferred Lengazspetsstroy to the updated version of 1S:ZUP

2023: Implementation of "1C: Salary and Personnel Management 3.1"

Specialists of Korus Consulting Group of Companies have implemented the 1C: Payroll and HR Management of 3.1 system at Lengazspetsstroy. As part of the project, the team transferred from the previous 1S:ZUP 2.5 system processes for maintaining personnel records, calculating salaries and other business functions, and also adapted improvements to the current needs of the company. Korus Consulting announced this on October 10, 2023.

KORUS Consulting and Lengazspetsstroy have been cooperating since 2014. Then IT specialists, together with the Lengazspetsstroy working group, introduced the 1S:ZUP 2.5 personnel accounting and payroll system in the company. In 2022, there was a need to switch to another version of the product, which will take into account both the existing business processes of the enterprise and the best practices in the field of personnel management.

Specialists of "KORUS Consulting" have transferred to "1S:ZUP 3.1" the functions of personnel administration, calculation of salaries, recording of working time, training, briefings and medical examinations of employees. As part of the project, the IT partner adapted improvements to the previous system, ensured the platform was updated, and also implemented additional company accounting requirements.

An important factor in success was the high involvement of Lengazspetsstroy specialists in the project. During the industrial operation phase, during peak load periods, business customers and functional users actively promoted system startup. Thanks to the work of both teams, it was possible to automate accounting in accordance with the personnel policy of the enterprise and adapt the solution to current business tasks.

The company employs more than 8500 people, which requires special attention to the organization of personnel registration and work with personnel. To increase the efficiency of processes, we decided to switch to a new version of the 1S:ZUP system and modernize previous improvements. The updated configuration takes into account the needs and specifics of the enterprise, - said Vadim Akhrapotkov, head of the information technology and documentation support department, Lengazspetsstroy JSC.

Within the framework of the project, we tried to invest in the system the accumulated experience of the enterprise in terms of personnel management, adapting the previous improvements. In turn, the integration of "1S:ZUP" with the key systems of the company helped to speed up work with data and ensure transparency of operations.
