Content

The St. Petersburg division of 1C: Accounting and Trade company announced (BIT) project completion on automation of the regulated payroll in the PS Group company developing network of perfumery and cosmetic shops Rive Gauche in Russia. The project implemented based on "1C:Enterprise 8" allowed to optimize labor-intensive process of payroll in geographically distributed perfumery network, to lower labor costs of staff of personnel department of the company and department of payroll, to increase performance of their work, says BIT.

Prerequisites of the Project

With development of network there was a need for a modern information system for accounting of personnel and payroll. The management of Rive Gauche made the decision on implementation of the "1C: Payroll and HR Management" software product (1C: Payroll and HR Management) on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform which allows to automate work with personnel, personnel records, payroll and has wide functionality. The St. Petersburg division of BIT company acted as the partner in implementation of the project.

Project Description

Implementation lasted 9 months. In total 20 jobs are automated. During the project a common information space for conducting personnel records and payroll of personnel of Rive Gauche in which specialists of BIT successfully moved 23 separate databases on registration of personnel existing in the company earlier is created. Accounting of personnel in a single system allowed to increase several times information processing rate and facilitated work of staff of personnel department who earlier manually created reports on personnel, aggregating data from 23 sources, noted in BIT.

The project allowed to lower labor costs of personnel department of Rive Gauche due to automation of routine tasks and simplification of preparation of the regulated reporting in the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation. The company management received the tool for control and job analysis of rather numerous staff, operational obtaining exact data on work of personnel and acceptance of management decisions.

Within the project the instrument of data exchange between a payroll system and the system of key indicators existing in the company for additional awarding of employees is created. Mechanisms are finished: time keeping of working time of employees (now information on a worked time of personnel in the form of sheets 2 times a month is flown down in head office of the company, is automatically checked for discrepancies with data in a single system and it is adjusted); transfer of employees to the following category to a certain date; installations of date of prohibition on changes of data for a separate user group in specific documents.

In the course of implementation by specialists of BIT training of staff of HR department in work with the implemented software product was provided, permanent consultations in workplaces were performed.

"Certainly, to keep account on 23-legal entities in one program – it is very convenient. Reporting in different analytical cuts allows to obtain most unrolled information and significantly facilitates work to users of a system. The project was not simple, but despite all difficulties, we after all managed to automate together with specialists of BIT company payroll with the help of "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8", at the same time never to break salary payment due dates to our employees and submission of reports. We intend to develop further a system, turning on in it the solution of new tasks of personnel management".
