The Airplane group on October 12, 2023 presented a self-learning chatbot for designers called the Virtual Coordinator. Specialists of the Group's project institute can ask a chat bot a question and instantly get an answer with a link to the desired article in the corporate knowledge base, saving time on finding the necessary information.

The chatbot refers to information in the database from which the neural network finds information, evaluates it, generates the most relevant response and sends it to the user. In bot filters, you can independently select the section to which the question refers - "design" or "software" so that the selected answers are as accurate as possible. The chatbot data model is constantly trained on new information from the knowledge base and user requests in the application system, and also has the ability to manually enter information into the database.

This product was developed specifically for the Aircraft Group division - Aircraft-Project, which provides design services and advises on the technology of information modeling and visualization of design solutions.

A chatbot is a digital tool that saves time searching for the necessary information, freeing it up for basic tasks and thereby forcing business processes: instead of hours, the exact answer is in seconds. Artificial intelligence has allowed 1,000 + pages to generate more than 3,000 questions and answers. The chatbot data model is constantly updated and becomes smarter every time. As of October 2023, the chatbot processes an average of over 80 requests per day, this is about 1000 requests per month, and then their number will only grow. Our institute is actively developing, the volume of design in 2022 increased 2.6 times, - said Alexander Pankin, head of the information modeling department of the Samolet Group.
