2023: Smartagent platform launch

The Smartway Travel Group launched the Smartagent platform on October 12, 2023. In the online service, you can book air and railway tickets, transfers and hotels in one window. This simplifies the multi-stage travel planning process for travel agencies that order flights, transfers and accommodation directly from different suppliers.

Smartagent is suitable for travel agencies that work with both business travelers and private customers. For booking air and railway tickets, hotels and transfers, the service does not take commissions and fees. There will be no subscription fee for agencies that book hotels in the amount of 300,000 rubles per month. If there were no trips and orders through the service, you do not need to pay a subscription fee either.

Smartagent is a product for our new travel market segment, which includes more than just corporate travel. Smartagent fixes prices for flights up to 24 hours. This gives more time to coordinate the trip with the passenger. The cost of the flight may fluctuate due to external factors. For example, an unstable exchange rate that affects the percentage of refusal to buy a tour.

The online service reduces reporting time: closing documents are generated automatically. Agencies can independently create vouchers with their own logo and add additional fees to air tickets to itinerary receipts and reports.

Smartagent is already available for travel agencies. In the future, the group of companies plans to continue to develop the capabilities of the online platform.
