Specialists of the IT company Jet Infosystems modernized the audiovisual complex of the well construction management center of the Gazprom Neft Research and Development Center in five months. As part of the project, for the first time, a solution for intelligent data visualization was introduced, which allows center experts to quickly exchange video and graphic information, analyze it and remotely manage drilling processes.

The center is partly a scientific enterprise that develops oil production technologies. The NTC has a well construction management center, which employs experts in the field of geology, physics, chemistry and other scientific fields. They provide prompt support in well construction.

Five years ago, during the creation of the well construction management center, the specialists of Jet Infosystems were responsible for the implementation of the engineering and technical support of the center and the audiovisual complex. The NTC operates around the clock, so the equipment of video information systems over the years has decreased the brightness of the screens, has become worse than color reproduction, and the risks of failure have increased. The management of the center also had new requirements for audiovisual equipment, which could not be implemented on the basis of the existing equipment. The company decided to carry out a comprehensive modernization of the engineering and technical support of the well construction management center.

In the process of implementing the project, IT company experts used a system of visualization and collaboration with information. This solution allows employees anywhere from any device to transfer video, files, graphic data to a single multimedia environment. Using this system, experts can analyze the information received at the center and quickly manage drilling processes even without being in the office.

All data that goes to the Well Construction Control Center is displayed on the engineering video wall. Specialists of the Jet Infosystems have installed an interactive LED video wall more than six meters wide. With high image quality, screen protection and increased reliability, this solution is great for collaboration. Now it is much more convenient for the center's specialists to process and analyze dashboards, graphs and tables.

Within the framework of the project, the specialists of the Jet Infosystems equipped the NTC with an updated video conferencing complex (VKS). It includes microphone arrays with intelligent noise and echo cancellation, studio-level video cameras and an speaker system for high-quality voice transmission .

All multimedia solutions are integrated into a single audiovisual complex with an interactive graphical interface, which is created taking into account the corporate standards of the customer. With it, the center staff can quickly and efficiently manage new solutions using stationary interactive panels or mobile tablets.
