In the closed administrative-territorial education BOSS-Referent is implemented

The Inforcer company completed a pilot project on system implementation of electronic document management BOSS-Referent in administration of the closed administrative-territorial education (CATE) Aleksandrovsk. 40 employees of municipal administration became users of a system.

The closed administrative-territorial education Aleksandrovsk of Murmansk region was formed by the Decree of the Russian President of 2008 of consolidation of the cities Polar, Rocky and Snezhnogorsk. At the end of 2009 the administration of Snezhnogorsk made the decision on pilot implementation of EDMS for the purpose of optimization of working time and increase in efficiency of future Administration of ZATO Aleksandrovsk.

"Before new administration of the closed administrative-territorial education Aleksandrovsk was stood by a task in a short time to adjust process management of three earlier actually separate cities. Therefore the issue of automation of managerial document flow was for us especially relevant. Before us there was a task to select the reliable system supporting work of employees in all geographically distributed structure of administration and to quickly bring it into operation" — the head of administration of ZATO tells Aleksandrovsk Tatyana Kirillovna Tsimbalyuk.

When choosing an electronic document management system a project team were considered and estimated several modern by EDMS, presented at the Russian market. As future solution a system BOSS-Referent on the Lotus IBM platform was selected. It attracted the customer with the following advantages: existence of rich functionality already in the basic version of delivery, a user-friendly and modern interface, low cost and a technique of implementation in a short time. The corresponding procurement procedures based on which the customer selected the contractor of the project the Inforcer company providing IT services in the territory of Murmansk region were carried out.

The pilot project of implementation of EDMS BOSS-Referent providing automation of work of 40 users began in May, 2010. Specialists Inforcer were faced by a difficult problem of creation of an electronic document management system in the conditions of the beginning of work of the new municipal entity. In the project progress specialists of Inforcer company developed necessary regulations of work with documents in administration of ZATO, system implementation and user training is provided.

Now using EDMS BOSS-Referent work with organizational and administrative documentation, memos is transferred to an electronic form.

In 2011 the administration of ZATO Aleksandrovsk plans the EDMS expansion and creation of the uniform information field integrating 3 cities which were a part of ZATO.
