The developer "NIX" automated the work of the sales department with the help of two Russian solutions. Profitbase (Бизерра.ру) announced this on October 16, 2023.
The company's rapid growth and increased sales led NICS to implement Profitbase and Bitrix24 to automate business processes.
Previously, three employees processed about 3 thousand applications per month. The function of the call center, manager and registrar of the transaction was combined by one person. Elizaveta Kaya, head of sales at IC NIX, notes that this scheme of work was ineffective and the company was losing customers.
As a result of the integration of Profitbase and Bitrix24, NIX received a modern industry tool for the work of the sales department.
Without expanding the staff, the company managed to optimize business processes by introducing two Russian solutions.
