2023: Move to "MyOffice"

A large Russian agricultural holding AgroGard moved to MyOffice. This was announced by MyOffice (New Cloud Technologies LLC) on October 16, 2023.

AgroGard acquired MyOffice products for implementation in the head office and 14 subsidiaries.

The delivery of 600 licenses "MyOffice Professionalny 2" took place within the framework of the program "Agrogard" on the transition to domestic software.

The system integrator of the project was the IT company "Portal-Yug."

The organization thoroughly investigated the market before deciding to purchase MyOffice products. In particular, the customer needed a mail server and mail client, functional mobile, desktop and web applications. In addition, AgroGard was important that the software was fully developed in Russia and allowed organizing work in its own cloud space without the risk of falling under the restrictions of regulators or service providers.

MyOffice Professionalny 2 arranged AgroGard for all requirements, and the organization acquired product licenses for a period of three years, followed by re-registration in a license without limitation. The introduction of licenses is scheduled for 2024.
