The Samara office "1C-Rarus" in a short time implemented the project of transferring the Samara Metallurgical Plant to the complex of integrable solutions "1C: Corporation." The financial services of the plant continued to work without interruption in the context of an unplanned shutdown of access to foreign software, while optimizing business processes. Accounting fully complies with the requirements of RAS. This was announced on October 13, 2023 by representatives of the 1C-Rarus company.

As reported in November 2022, the company fell into the risk zone of disconnecting foreign software and losing accumulated credentials. The foreign accounting system did not allow performing a number of operations required accounting Russian by the enterprise, the regulated Russian financial statements required manual modifications. There was a risk of non-compliance with the requirement of FSBU 27 on the presence and maintenance databases for RAS in servers the Russian Federation.

As an import-substituting system, they chose 1C: Corporation - a set of integrable solutions 1C for large enterprises: "1C: Holding Management," "1C:ERP: Enterprise Management," "1C: Document Flow." The exchange message broker role uses the 1C: Bus configuration. The partner for the implementation of the project was the Samara office "1C-Rarus."

Project results:

• The functionality of the previous system was replaced in 4 months in the conditions of its premature shutdown. This allowed the company to continue working continuously.
• Automated reporting of Russian accounting and tax accounting standards. Reporting is submitted on time.
• The requirements of the management of SMZ JSC on the information security of the server infrastructure are provided: 1SRarus cloud servers are used for operation.
• More than 500 requirements have been implemented that expand the capabilities of the standard 1C solution. The functional blocks are adapted for the specifics of the plant: RAS, procurement, warehouse, treasury.
• A complex conversion of the initial data has been implemented, integrations have been configured. At the same time, the ability to quickly update systems has been saved.

The complex supply of 1C: Corporation made it possible to implement the integrated solutions 1C: Holding Management, 1C:ERP Enterprise Management and 1C: Document Management in a short time. The maximum use of the proposed standard functionality and understanding of solutions in application to existing processes inspired various ideas for the development of business processes of the enterprise, made it possible to become co-chairs and co-developers with the project team of the Samara office "1C-Rarus."
