The Kurgan court placed Anna Fedotova, chief physician of the Kurgan Regional Narcological Dispensary, under house arrest until December 5, 2023. She is suspected of taking bribes in the amount of 200 thousand rubles.

As sources close to the security forces told Ura.RU (the article was published on October 11, 2023), Kurgan investigators are interrogating witnesses in the case of the arrested head physician of the drug dispensary Anna Fedotova. Subordinates of the head are taken for interrogation, who have already told about the damage caused by millions of rubles.

They check the statement of the subordinates of the head about the illegal removal of scrap metal from the territory of the enterprise. Some staff at the dispensary talk about extortions that have lasted for years. Also allegedly disappeared expensive office laptop. In addition, fraud and collusion during repairs in the hospital are likely, the publication says.

Several employees of the drug dispensary were brought to the investigation department, they testified against the head physician. The amount of damage to the state during preliminary calculations is about five million rubles, - the sources of the publication said.

Interest in the drug dispensary from law enforcement officers appeared in the summer of 2023. In July, patients spoke on social networks about the unsatisfactory conditions of stay in a medical facility, after which inspections of the regional prosecutor's office began.

During the prosecutor's check, numerous violations of the rules for handling medical waste were revealed in the building on 2nd Chasovaya Street in the city of Kurgan. On the territory of the building, garbage, scrap metal, and construction waste were allowed to be stored. Hazardous waste of class "D" was located outside the places of their storage and storage. The porch of the building is flooded with household fecal waters. The operation of the catering unit was carried out in violation of sanitary rules and norms (the integrity of the decoration, chips of tiles and paints on the walls, traces of leaks on the ceiling, etc.) was violated, there were traces of mold in the wards, permission for brickwork of the facade of the building, the prosecutor's office said then.[1]
