2023: Change of Ownership

On October 17, 2023, it became known about the sale of the elite Volga Dacha complex, built by the ex-owner of Tinkoff Bank Oleg Tinkov. The new owner of the facility located in the Astrakhan region was Akashevskaya Poultry Farm LLC.

This poultry farm, as Kommersant writes with reference to the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, is owned through Marfininvest by Maria Lisitsina, who, as is believed in the market, represents the interests of the family of the ex-governor of the Krasnodar Territory Alexander Tkachev. In 2000-2010. she worked in various positions in the regional administration, in 2011-2012. - was a member of the board of directors of Sochi-Park JSC - a company controlled by the Tkachev family, the newspaper notes.

It became known about the sale of the elite complex "Volga Dacha"

The Volga Dacha complex was formerly part of Tinkov's La Datcha Tinkoff Collection project - in addition to the Astrakhan estate, it included summer cottages in the alpine Courchevel and Val Thorens, Italian Forte dei Marmi and Mexican Cabo San Lucas. In addition, Tinkov had a complex in Kamchatka under construction. In 2022, the businessman said that he sold the Russian part of these assets at a "more or less" market price. Vedomosti wrote in July 2023 that Volga Dacha was put up for sale for 900 million rubles.

According to Stanislav Ivashkevich, managing partner of Ivashkevich Hospitality, the market value of Volga Dacha may be 1 billion rubles. At the same time, the asset is unlikely to be used as a hotel, rather the investor bought it for personal purposes, for example, for meetings and negotiations, Ivashkevich believes.

You can book a villa in Volga Dacha only in its entirety - from 2 million rubles in four days on weekdays and up to 4.9 million rubles for a week in August - October, according to the complex's website on October 17, 2023[1]
