2023: Move to EXpress corporate messenger

The network of call centers NEXT Contact has transferred communications from the foreign messenger Microsoft Teams to the eXpress platform. This was announced on October 18, 2023 by Unlimited Production (Anlimited Production).

The company's corporate communication tool was faced with the tasks of having a familiar and convenient interface, mobile and desktop clients for iOS, organizing calls for 100 + users and guest access for external users, as well as storing data in the customer's network loop and the ability to integrate with the company's own NextCC contact center platform. All these capabilities were provided by eXpress.

More than 500 employees of the company became users of the platform. Thanks to the completed transition, it was possible to reduce the dependence of corporate platforms on geopolitical risks, as well as reduce the cost of purchasing licenses. In addition, the NextCC outsourcing contact center management software developed by NEXT Software was integrated with the eXpress platform.

The translation of operational communications was carried out by the partner company eXpress IT-PRO, which specializes in system integration, information security and service provision.
