The Protelekom LLC company carried out implementation of a communication framework of Oktell to Inform Center companies.
Stages
Preparation of the project was conducted for three months from the moment of the first contact of specialists "An inform the center" and Protelekom. Requirements of customer company were defined, it is approved by terms of reference.
The implementing solution Oktell in Inform center LLC is performed within three days.
About project results
Implemented based on the platform Oktell call center replaced the outdated platform which operability did not conform to the high quality standards of customer company.
The new solution raised the service level of clients and allowed to optimize processing procedure of calls. The call center of Oktell qualitatively improved request processing on different communication channels.
