Central Surgut Depository modernizes reporting using XBRL Factory

2023: Introduction of the "XBRL Factory"

The Central Surgut Depository (CSD), together with Factory XBRL from Syntegs, made the transition to the updated reporting format. Representatives of the company reported this on April 25, 2023. According to the customer's feedback, the basic version of the program has closed all the needs of the special department and is ready to hand over the first reporting on taxonomy 5.2.

Prior to the project, daily, weekly and monthly reports were generated in several programs and sent to the Bank of Russia. Everything changed in 2021, when the Central Bank ordered reporting in a single package in XBRL format. Under these conditions, in order to free up time for more important tasks, the company was looking for a system that could combine separate XBRL files from different programs into one for sending to the Central Bank.

For this purpose, the CSD chose a boxed version of the XBRL Factory. In addition to the formation of the XBRL reporting package, users received convenient visualization and the ability to edit data after uploading it to the system, as well as the option of collaboration especially relevant when reports are generated on several computers.
