Dynamika Debt Collection helps you work with customers at different stages of debt. At the Pre-collection stage, the solution helps to minimize the occurrence of delay and improve the quality of the portfolio, sending the client in advance information about the need to repay the loan. The decision also helped the bank digitalize work with distressed assets at the Lite, Soft and Hard collection stages. Now, when a loan is issued for delay, a debtor card is automatically created in a single employee window, in it you can track the change in the stages of debt by the number of days and other conditions that the bank sets up for itself. For each stage, a set of events is configured: automatic sending, SMS outgoing calls, on-site events and other activities provided for in the bank.
All activities are carried out in a single employee window, in the universal module "Tasks" from Dynamics, have a due date, a responsible employee and their role model. Tasks can be assigned to a bank employee or relate to a borrower, for example, a customer's promise to make a payment that is automatically controlled.
