2023: The start of the creation of a Unified Information System for the Gatchina region

Sitronics KT, part of the Sitronics Group, will create a Unified Information System for the Gatchina District, which is the Administrative Center of the Leningrad Region. The corresponding agreement was signed with the administration of the municipality. Sitronics KT representatives announced this on October 24, 2023.

The system is intended for information and analytical support of decision-making of the activities of the head of the municipality of the Gatchina municipal district, the local administration, as well as to ensure interaction with residents and organizations of the district. A contract was signed for the first stage of the implementation of the EIS in the Gatchina region.

In the personal account of the head, analytics on citizens' appeals will be collected in a convenient form, the state of the road infrastructure will be monitored, various events will be displayed, analytical and reporting information will be displayed. The goal of the system is to help improve the efficiency of the municipal administration and receive timely feedback from local residents in one window.

Also, within the framework of the project, an electronic reception room is organized in Telegram, a chat bot allows you to speed up the process of interaction with the population, does not require installing any additional application on the phone and makes the process of electronic interaction with the municipal government for any age category of the population simple.

In addition to software products, under the contract, together with partners, equipment for collecting and transmitting video analytics will be delivered, designed for installation on urban equipment. This will allow you to control the state of road signs, street lighting, the state of asphalt, road markings and the quality of snow removal.
