2023: Results of the SteadyControl Human Resources System Implementation

In the branded salons of the furniture company of Europe "Pinskdrev" summed up the first results of the implementation of the SteadyControl human resources control and management system. This was announced on October 24, 2023 by SteadyControl.

The task of management was to improve the economy of salons by improving staff efficiency. In this regard, the network management decided to digitize the client experience through audio and video analytics. The search for a solution lasted almost a year and a half. As a result, the contract was concluded with SteadyControl, the methodology of which, in addition to the technical component, involves expert support of the project, the ability to connect training modules and synchronization with cash software.

Natalya Ishchenko, deputy head of the Pinskdrev retail chain for the Central Federal District, shared the first results: "Already at the audit stage, after connecting smart cameras at the beginning of summer, a loss of 37% of incoming traffic was recorded by line personnel. It became obvious that the improvement in this indicator alone could already affect financial results. And this was confirmed: in the unseasonal months for furniture makers, salons connected to SteadyControl showed good growth. The introduction of the system exceeded expectations, but the main thing is that this is not the limit. We have identified the growth points of the service, we still have a lot of work to do, but when you own the information, decisions are much easier to make. "

The essence of the project to digitize client experience in salons involves the collection of data from video cameras and audio pages and their subsequent processing by artificial intelligence. The results obtained are generated in reports on compliance with service standards by employees and appear daily in the personal account of managers. The identified violations with tips for their elimination were received by the employees themselves.

"We are aiming for the highest possible quality execution of the checklist by staff. We monitor the level of compliance with the service standards by 50 criteria every day, and the system separates primary and repeated visits. This is an analytics of a colossal amount of data, tens of thousands of checks. This allows me to know exactly how communication with customers in salons is built. Without technology and the help of the SteadyControl support department, this would not be possible, since the introduction of innovations is always a difficult and demanding issue.
