2023: Standardization of the procurement process with ETP

Maksavit standardized the tender procurement process using the solutions of B2B-Center, which announced this on October 26, 2023.

The federal pharmacy chain Maksavit is one of the representatives in the field of comprehensive health services. It unites more than 940 pharmacies under the Maksavit and 36.7 brands in more than 100 cities in 36 regions of Russia.

In 2023, the company began cooperation with B2B-Center. A branded corporate platform has been developed for Maksavit, which presents existing purchases of the network.

When switching to ETP, we considered several sites, analyzing them according to various criteria: supplier traffic, the volume of successful tenders, the flexibility to configure procurement publications, an individual approach and a number of personal account opportunities. B2B-Center satisfied all our requests and requirements, so the choice was made in favor of this site - commented the director of the company Maksavit Maxim Yudin.

The company is interested in cooperation with suppliers and contractors from different regions of Russia. On the electronic trading platform, everything necessary for non-commercial support of the company is purchased: furniture, machinery and equipment, office equipment, construction and installation services, advertising services, personal protective equipment, etc.

The beginning of our company's cooperation with the corporate electronic trading platform (ETP) was due to the fact that we wanted to deal with non-commodity purchases through tenders and build this process according to certain rules in order to optimize the cost of procurement. Our goal was to reduce the cost of purchasing materials, to systematize and standardize this process within the company. In this regard, we have a whole division that is engaged in tender purchases. The specialists of the division help our other departments in conducting tender procedures in terms of non-commodity support - said Maxim Yudin.

Thanks to the transition to ETP, Maksavit has developed uniform rules for the organization and implementation of non-commercial support processes.

This led to:

  • the procurement process has become transparent;
  • increased accuracy of procurement planning;
  • selection of suppliers has become optimal in terms of price-quality;
  • minimized corruption risks and the likelihood of a conflict of interest.

As a result, more than 290 trades have already been held at the site for a total amount of over 100 million rubles.

By the end of 2023, all non-marketable collateral of the company will be transferred to ETP in full, as of October 2023, the percentage of transition amounted to 82% of the total number of purchases.

Thanks to cooperation with B2B-Center, Maksavit predicts a decrease in capital and operating costs of 10%, an expansion of the supplier pool, as well as increased competitiveness in the market.
