2022: Development of web application modules for Renaissance Group medical clinic network

Web application for the network of medical clinics of Renaissance Group (Renaissance Clinic) to automate the process of sending company employees for professional medical examinations.

Clinics of Renaissance Group provide professional medical examinations (PMO) to B2B clients. The developed application has been successfully implemented into the business processes of the clinic network. The solution made it possible to eliminate the human factor when referring to medical examinations, reduce labor costs for personnel, and speed up data processing.

The following functionality is available in the CMP web application:

• view full B2B customer information, customer contract
• importing a list of customer employees from file Excel
• batch processing of directions and lists
• creating a referral for a medical examination with the formation of a list of specialists, examinations depending on the selected factors and types of work
• choosing a clinic, viewing information about the clinic, contracts with the clinic
• formation of guarantee and cover letters - directions for CMR
• creation of the final act and survey tables to it
• preparation of a report on the number of inspections carried out by organizations carried out by surveys for an arbitrary period of time
• formation of invoices for payment, both individual for each employee, and for the employer organization
