2023: Mobile Application Development for MCC
Baibol commissioned the development of a client mobile application in 2 months, including the timing of placement on Google play and the App Store.
Developed functionality of the application

In addition, we tested the ready-made application design in terms of business logic and compliance with modern UX/UI standards and proposed changes to improve user experience. To meet the deadlines, the design was developed in parallel with the development.
There was no time to develop a new backend layer. We analyzed the requirements for the mobile application, the existing backend layer and provided a detailed routemap for work, taking into account the risks of integration with the current services of the company.
Full cycle of loan agreement management implemented
In the application, the client clearly sees all the necessary information on his loans and can immediately repay them in full or in part. Each loan has a card to quickly view all debts.
Also, depending on the status of the debt (the contract is active, there is delay, closing is planned), it is highlighted to the customer in different ways. If there is an overdue payment under the contract, then a red button will appear on the card with a proposal to pay off the debt.
By clicking on the contract card, there is a transition to detailed information about the loan. All related documents, payment schedule are displayed, and control buttons are displayed at the bottom of the screen.
The application is integrated with Yandex maps and displays all branches of the company from which the client can view contact details or build a route to the nearest branch.

In order for customers to always stay in touch, we also integrated JIVO chat. Thanks to a single database, both for the application and for the site, support employees can process cases from any source.
As a result, Baibol received a quick and convenient application for customers in a short time.
