2023: Launch of the public discussion platform for AI projects
In the Republic of Tatarstan, a platform for public discussions of projects in the field of artificial intelligence has been launched, in which citizens and artificial intelligence will discuss initiatives in the field of AI together. The project was developed under the leadership of Bulat Zamaliev, Commissioner for Artificial Intelligence Technologies in the Republic of Tatarstan. This was announced on October 30, 2023 by a representative of the RT government.
The site is a platform on which you can propose and discuss projects in the field of AI for implementation in the government agencies of Tatarstan and other initiatives, for example, proposals for changing legislative acts that prevent the introduction of technologies, etc.
For each proposed initiative on the platform, residents will be able to leave comments "for" (highlighted in green) and "against" (highlighted in red). Comments can be set on a five-point scale. The objectivity of evaluating the significance of comments is assessed using a consensus algorithm that takes into account user scores and artificial intelligence scores.
