2023: Creating an employee's personal account

Tasks:

Specialists of the company "Fact" implemented a system based on the Bitriks 24 platform. Enterprise with customization of the base platform to customer requirements. In order to ensure fault tolerance, a three-level server architecture was built. The role model of users has been developed and implemented and integration with the end-to-end authentication controller has been configured to ensure the security of personal data storage. For greater involvement of employees, a personal account has been branded.

The main page is made in a corporate style and contains personalized information for the user:

  • List of frequently used services;
  • Personal requests, tasks, familiarization with orders in the "Pay attention" block;
  • View all your HR requests.

An employee online from any device can use the HR service by selecting the one you need from the service catalog. Any service can be added to Favorites and will be quickly accessed in the User's Personal Account.

In order to make our personal account more "human" and understandable for users, we implemented an alternative search for the necessary HR service through life situations. When you click on the situation, you go to the page with a list of suitable services. A convenient search allows the employee to quickly find a suitable HR service and increase engagement when working in his personal account.

The query builder allows you to issue an HR service in a few clicks without filling out paper applications and, as a result, save time and resources of the company.

Each HR service has its own approval chain, through which the request created by the employee is sent. Automation of the approval and signing process allows you to eliminate errors, make the process transparent and reduce the time for submitting an application by 30%.

On the basis of integration with the Certification Center, the process of agreeing and signing personnel documents with the help of an enhanced unqualified electronic signature (UNEP) by an employee and an enhanced qualified electronic signature (UKEP) by the employer is organized.

  • Developed a service for the automatic release of electronic digital signature (EDS);
  • Implemented the possibility of signing applications and documents of HR services using EDS.
