Content

The Homnet of Business Solution company automated payroll and personnel management of Ekstroleasing company - the specialized leasing company rendering to the enterprises and the organizations of service in transfer to vehicle leasing in all territory of Russia.

Prerequisites of the Project

Due to the staff increase of employees and expansion of geography of activity the management of "Ekstrolizinga" had a need to automate personnel records and payroll at two offices of the company (Moscow and St. Petersburg). For this purpose the company addressed in "Homnet Business Resheniya" (enters into 1C: Homnet Group), with whom it successfully interacts in issues of automation of business since the beginning of 2008. Earlier the staff of 1C: Homnet Group installed an automated system based on the Homnet Leasing 8 software product. Also in a work progress specialists of Ekstroleasing company used the "Service of Electronic Vising of Documents" program through Outlook. However HR records and payroll were conducted in the tables MS Excel and partially in the Infobukhgalter system that considerably complicated these workflows in the company.

Solution

In August, 2008 the staff of "Homnet Business Resheniya" according to the results of preproject inspection it was offered to implement in Ekstrolizinge an information system based on the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" software product which functionality allows to solve the following problems: payroll; management of financial motivation of personnel; calculation of the taxes and contributions on wage fund regulated by the legislation; reflection of the accrued payroll and taxes in costs of the enterprise; management of monetary settlings with personnel, including deposition; registration of personnel and analysis of personnel structure; automation of personnel office-work; requirements planning in personnel; ensuring business by the personnel; management of competences, training, employee assessments; effective planning of employment of personnel.

Project Progress

Feature of this project was the fact that the customer company had the territorial separated branches, one of which was (in St. Petersburg) on the selected balance. The client required to have an opportunity to prepare the regulated reporting as svodno, and on branch in St. Petersburg. Thus, the customer company needed to keep account in the database by two legal entities, namely: Ekstroleasing LLC and Ekstroleasing LLC branch in St. Petersburg. At the same time it was necessary to provide with standard functionality a possibility of preparation and submission of reports on these two legal entities separately. Completion of a standard subsystem "The regulated reporting" was necessary for its consolidation. In the project progress specialists of "Homnet Business Resheniya" successfully coped with this task.

At the request of the client the staff of "Homnet Business Resheniya" also implemented the following settings of an information system: in the organization the staff list is used (at the description of a position in the staff list the fork of salaries is used; control of exceeding or a shortage of employees according to the staff list is exercised); all salary accruals are carried out in national currency; printed form of the agreement is finished; printed form of the agreement GPH, with automatic filling of details of the organization and the individual is created; documents of reports on the personnel movement of employees for the period (the number of the dismissed, accepted employees) and also to the report containing information on the staff of the organization with the configured columns and with the configured selection according to details of employees are created; the file for loading in a system the client bank for employees at whom accounts are opened in the main bank of the customer is created, the payment order (proceeding) for these employees for total amount is also created, the possibility of unloading of payment orders in a system based on the Homnet Leasing 8 program is implemented; numbering of personnel documents using a prefix and a postfix is implemented; the system of unloading of postings of payroll of their program "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" in "Homnet Leasing 8" is customized; data exchange on reflection of payroll calculation and taxes with the Homnet Leasing 8 system is performed.

Project realizovyvanv 2 stages. Within the first stage (preparatory) specialists of the customer made filling of reference books (positions, divisions, the organizations, individuals) and personnel documents for achievement of 2008 of a personnel status, relevant for the beginning, in the organization. At the same stage the staff of "Homnet Business Resheniya" executed development of the implementation tools and their testing and also data transfer used for automatic calculation of average earnings from the Infobukhgalter system in the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" program for 2007.

Within the second stage specialists of the customer carried out calculation and salary payment, taxes, and provided display of personnel history from January till June, 2008. At this stage specialists of "Homnet Business Resheniya" performed parallel training of staff of customer company and also consultation of users in the arisen inaccuracies, errors in calculations, to introduction of corrections and the analysis of results of calculation in a system. Upon completion of the project the customer's specialists under control of staff of "Homnet Business Resheniya" carried out the procedure of personnel office-work, payroll calculation and taxes and also reflections of the salary in procedural accounting for August – the first relevant month 2008.

Result

At the moment in a system 7 jobs are automated: 4 in Moscow and 3 jobs at office of branch of the company in St. Petersburg. The program works terminalno via the Internet server. In a system 10 different types of calculations are conducted. 5 jobs are at the same time connected. Document flow in a month is about 350 documents, the number of the calculated staff of the company – 200 people.
