The shop of Posudof (Megadom LLC) network is engaged in sale of ware and household chemicals. The management of outlet addressed to the Nizhny Novgorod division of BIT that professional specialists of the company picked up a retail store equipment and the software for effective work of shop.

On point of sale the POS set of ATOL is set: Easy POS lite with the printer of documents for an UIIT FPrint-03K, the scanner of a barcode and a strongbox. Fast data reading about the sold products provides the laser Symbol LS1203 scanner selected instead of the hand LED scanner which is included in the package. For protection against counterfeit notes at the checkout the infrared viewing detector of banknotes of Dors 1000 is used. The software of Frontol WinCE which is a part of a POS set of ATOL is applied to work of the cashier on fixation of sales and carrying out settlement with buyers in shop: Easy POS lite.

At the central office of the company for conducting management accounting the 1C: Trade Management 8 program is installed. For quality improvement of accounting and the organization of centralized operation specialists of BIT provided automatic data exchange by e-mail between the remote retail outlet using Frontol WinCE, and the central office about "1C: Trade Management 8".

As a result of project implementation the opportunity for work with several automated operation points was provided. Automatic exchange by e-mail allows to unload quickly data on goods in operation point and to timely obtain data on sales. At the same time when unloading data the discount policy established in operation point that allows each shop to have own loyalty systems which are not depending on settings in "1C: Trade Management 8" is not mentioned.

In a system the flexible system of discounts allowing to organize actions, to accept discount cards is implemented. Besides, on each nomenclature group it is possible to quote the terms: time and date of action of a discount, period of action of a discount, discount size and so forth.

In plans of interaction of the companies - development of the centralized control system of the automated operation point and its integration into "1C: Trade Management 8".
