General Data Environment (ODS) Implementation Objectives

• Organize cloudy storage design documentation.
• Automate review and approval of design and detailed design documentation.
• Implement clear document versioning.
• Improve the efficiency of enterprise business processes.

The choice of a cloud solution is due to 2 factors:

1. Reduce the cost of owning the pig infrastructure at the enterprise.
2. Ability to connect external counterparties to work.
   
   

To achieve these goals, it was necessary to complete the following tasks:

• Automate review and approval of design and detailed design documentation.

Project progress

During the implementation project, Vitro Software specialists carried out the following works:

• Audit of data storage structure and business processes to coordinate design documentation.
• Customizes your storage structure and workflows to suit your needs.
• User instructions prepared and user training conducted.
• The pig was put into operation.

Results of the Pig Implementation

As a result of the implementation, a single structure was built for storing project documentation, user access rights to the system were configured. Automation of the processes of approval of documentation, registration and development of comments was carried out.
