The Ufa production of low rise houses is projected in Pro/ENGINEER

Svoy dom LLC is the joint venture created in 2009 by the Republic of Bashkortostan and the Austrian company "LB Engineering Gmbh" for project implementation "Industrial production of low rise houses". Especially for project implementation by the Austrian side the production technology of low rise houses which basis the three-layer wall panels which do not have analogs in Russia which are used also as floor and ceiling elements of the house form was developed. Industrially, on the processing center from the CNC, in panels are put a cable channels for an electrical wiring and also the device of apertures and channels for other communications according to the project is executed. Distributing of all utilities is made in panels that improves appearance of premises. Apertures under windows and doors get a job on the plant in panels, door and window blocks are installed. Installation of the house from ready elements is performed on the platform of the customer within 5-7 days.

The solution Pro/ENGINEER was purchased by The House company for design of such houses. The IRISOFT company automated two workplaces in Svoy dom LLC: delivery of the software, installation and its setup for jobs was executed and also training of employees is made.

The IRISOFT company already has an experience of maintaining projects in the construction industry. So, projects with Stroyproyekt Institute Ltd companies and PANORAMA Alyuminiyevye Stroitelnye Sistemy LLC were implemented. In Stroyproyekt Institute Ltd design automation of blocks of the main beams of the flying building was made. As a result by 5-7 times time for design of standard constructions was reduced, and annual economic effect was 15 rubles for 1 ruble of costs. During design automation of constructions from a profile in "PANORAMA Aluminium Construction Systems" company time for design was reduced at 6-10 times.
