"A teleport the Service" organized listenings of the Federation Council by means of VKS

Teleport-Service together with the Modern Gumanitrany Academy (MGA) was provided to Committee of the Federation Council by training and science by the long-distance communication channels of VPN with support of QoS, the premises in all regions of the Russian Federation equipped with solutions of a video conferencing (VIDEOCONFERENCING) and also organized a TV broadcast in the popular open satellite TV-packet extended in all territory of the Russian Federation.

Representatives of Kabardino-Balkaria, Khabarovsk Krai, the Kaliningrad, Murmansk, Nizhny Novgorod, Oryol, Rostov, Sverdlovsk, Tomsk and Yaroslavl regions were connected to parliamentary listenings by means of a video conferencing. In total more than 1.5 thousand representatives of bodies of legislative and executive power, educational institutions from 72 territorial subjects of the Russian Federation participated in an action.

For the organization of parliamentary listenings Teleport-Service used satellite communication, the Internet and the SGA internal telecommunication network. The action was broadcast on SGU-TV TV channel. Traditionally parliamentary listenings were carried out based on branches of Modern humanitarian academy.

The satellite communication system and also bilateral video conferencing for parliamentary listenings are constructed based on the Intelsat-15 geostationary satellite, transport SkyEdge technology from the leading world supplier of the satellite Gilat systems, the server of a multipoint video conferencing Codian, TANDBERG video systems of the MXP series and the software for the organization of a video conferencing developed by Teleport-Service company. The Intelsat-15 satellite provides a wide covering of the territory of Russia - from Kaliningrad in the West to Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk in the east, and the power of its transponders allows to organize the channels of high capacity necessary for a video conferencing.

Parliamentary listenings of the Federation Council at which the concept of the federal law draft "About education in the Russian Federation was discussed were carried out within the Year of the teacher announced by the Russian President. The Chairman of the Committee of the Federation Council by training and science Hussein of Chechens, opening listenings, noted great importance of participation of territorial subjects of the federation in discussion of the bill that would be impossible without use of modern technologies of video conference.
