Vi Fry works with farms from 25 regions of Russia. During the season, more than 200 thousand tons of potatoes are processed, 3.5 million portions of French fries and other products are produced daily. The company supplies its products to large fast service restaurant chains in Russia and the CIS, as well as to the largest retailers.

The result of the project implementation was the created medium-term planning model. She solves several problems at once. First, the company uses this model for budgeting and quarterly forecasts. Secondly, the system allows you to simulate the business and change different scenarios depending on the situation. And thirdly, it performs S&OP the functions of Sales and Operations Planning (Sales and Operations Planning), which allows you to balance sales opportunities with production capabilities, priority of execution of orders, as well as opportunities and restrictions on the purchase of key raw materials.

The model is largely a digital twin of the enterprise, which allows the customer to carry out modeling of the type "what will happen if" and "what needs to be done to..." for a timely response to a rapidly changing external environment. It permeates all the main production and economic processes of the company, allowing you to change in real time any prerequisites, from stock standards of finished products, recipes, to capacity restrictions and planning of the seed program,

The seed program is a feature of the processing facility that needs to be considered. It is designed for uninterrupted supply of high-quality raw materials and includes the entire cycle of cooperation with farmers - from the transfer of planting material to the receipt of finished products. The program is integrated into the created model. The system analyzes the current capabilities of farmers and the company's priorities for finished products and raw materials, which allows you to automatically select the optimal structure of raw materials to obtain the highest quality products.

In addition to production and economic processes, the model also takes into account financial - administrative, business and commercial expenses, planning of investment and financial activities, planning of personnel costs, tax planning, etc. This allows the customer to analyze the total cost of production and sales of each SKU in terms of expense items (both direct and indirect), batches and periods.

Seamless integration with 1C is set up to obtain actual data with maximum detail.

The main users of the created model are the finance department and the supply chain management service.

The system is also used to provide management with operational reporting. In particular, the daily sales report, which allows you to compare planned and actual figures for a specific day, to see how the plan is being implemented.

The BDDS (Cash Flow Budget) and PL (Profit and Loss Statement) are updated monthly. Moreover, the latter - in various sections: for the period, cumulative total, plan-fact analysis. A planned balance sheet is also generated.

The implemented Optimacros solution (formerly Anaplan) made it possible to significantly save time: if earlier it took 2 weeks to form a business plan, now this process takes 2 days. We have the opportunity to revise a significantly larger number of scenarios than in the era, Excel which allows us to quickly respond to new challenges. Implementing such a model helps us make better decisions. So, for example, at the beginning of Covid, we were able to choose a scenario different from the basic one, which allowed us to save tens of millions rubles and repeatedly recoup the implementation project.
