The instrument of drawing up reports on activity of users and to the detected incidents on violation of security policies. The new version of SearchInform ReportCenter will allow security experts to study detailing of any of the reports made in the program literally by several cliques of a mouse. Fast transition from complex reports on activity of users to reports on the specific user and specific data transfer protocols will allow not to spend time for the choice of the necessary reports in the analysis of behavior of employees.

Being a component of single solution "A circuit of information security of SearchInform", ReportCenter 2.1 supports close integration with the SearchInform AlertCenter application, analytical solution module now. Now each incident included in statistics of SearchInform ReportCenter can be instantly open in SearchInform AlertCenter and is carefully investigated. Thanks to integration of SearchInform ReportCenter and SearchInform AlertCenter security experts will be able to increase the effectiveness of investigation of information leaks and the behavior of employees harming the organization.

As before, SearchInform ReportCenter allows to provide information on activity workers and about the incidents connected with information security in the form of charts, evident and convenient for perception. All reports open from the SearchInform ReportCenter single console, and can be printed, exported to the HTML formats, PDF, XLS. Integration of SearchInform ReportCenter with other components of "A circuit of information security of SearchInform" will allow users of the program to analyze the data intercepted according to all data transfer protocols supported by the installed components.

SearchInform ReportCenter 3

In SearchInform ReportCenter 3 the means allowing to learn with whom the employees interesting information security specialists during the set time frame on each of channels of information exchange communicated are implemented. With a possibility of visualization of communications between employees and their addressees in the form of the interactive graph it is possible to find out quickly what messages were sent out of limits of the company which of employees irrationally uses working time and who is the potential insider. It is also easy to analyze activity of employees now and to learn which of them most of all communicates with colleagues on each of controlled channels. Besides, for the purpose of identification of potential insiders of SearchInform ReportCenter 3 allows to learn the list of all employees who were sending messages to the specified address or received from it messages.

For cases when the employee uses the third-party e-mail addresses, difficult identified accounts of Skype, ICQ, etc., the possibility of viewing all address list and the accounts used by it for sending and acceptance of messages is provided. Thanks to integration of SearchInform ReportCenter 3 into the domain Windows system it is possible to identify easily the message sender on its domain name irrespective of the addresses used by it, accounts and aliases.

The user interface of the client application improved in the new version of SearchInform ReportCenter allows to be guided quicker in information displayed by the program. So, on bond graphs between users icons of products are displayed that allows to find out quickly by means of what communication links communication was performed. And the hint appearing at guidance of the cursor of a mouse on a product icon shows what number of messages users sent each other. By means of function of calculation of number of messages at creation of the graph it is possible to identify visually the most sociable employees and to reveal, thus, those who conduct the most intensive correspondence with unwanted addressees and are irrationally spent by the working time.

The updated interface simplifies also creation of reports thanks to reduction of quantity of steps which need to be executed. The created report opens in a new tab in a program window, and the information security specialist can be switched between them by one click of a mouse. Each tab saves the history of the reports opened in it.

It is important that the new version of ReportCenter includes also English-language version of the interface for those organizations where there are information security specialists or heads who are not knowing Russian.

As well as earlier, SearchInform ReportCenter allows to provide information on activity of employees and on the incidents connected with information security in the form of charts, evident and comfortable for perception. All reports open from the SearchInform ReportCenter single console and can be printed, exported to the HTML formats, PDF, XLS. Integration of SearchInform ReportCenter with other components of "A circuit of information security of SearchInform" will allow security officers to analyze timely the data intercepted on all to the data transfer protocols supported by the installed components.

In the module ReportCenter, the instrument of creation of reports on activities of users and to the incidents connected with violations of corporate information security policies, fall of 2012 support of creation of reports for users who are not in Active Directories, but which are in the index or the AlertCenter database is added. It gives the chance to consider in reports of the users who are not included in the domain. The report "A top of users by the number of communications" is added, support of the Gadugadu protocol at reports generation is implemented, the feature to delete communications and users by comparison of the addresses to external users is added. Also directly from reports on products it is possible to execute the Open in the Client command even if the report is constructed by data of different products. Report generation on communications of users in a tabular style is implemented.

Updating of the beginning of 2013

ReportCenter software product: he got new report types on the software set by machines of users. Now time can output reports both on the set software at the moment, and on the history of installation \uninstallation of software for a certain time frame.
